Every Sunday, unless we have a group race, we meet at the fountain in the courtyard at Hyde Park Village at 7 a.m. Then, we run down to Bayshore, to downtown, and around the waterfront/Harbour Island loop before returning for breakfast at the Goody Goody, just a block away.

Sundays, 7 a.m., Hyde Park Village
Run Tampa runs the Bayshore every Sunday. Then we celebrate the run by refueling at Goody Goody.
Meet at the fountain at Hyde Park
Village. Plenty of free parking.
Flatwoods Group Run
We run Flatwoods Wilderness Park in the New Tampa area, every 4th Saturday, unless we have a group race that day.
7 a.m. It's a 7-mile paved loop with a 2-mile entrance trail.
Plenty of off road trail options here, too.
We run Safety Harbor every third Saturday, at 7 a.m.,
unless we have a group race that day. Always check the
group run schedule to be sure. Carolyn Xanten is our
Safety Harbor Group Run Coordinator.

We run the Clearwater bridges every first Saturday,
at 7 a.m., except when we have a race. Check the

We run from Hyde Park Village to the Harbour
Island on Wednesdays, at 6:30/7 p.m. summer.
Scott and MaryBeth McGaha are our Wednesday
Night Group Run Coordinators.
The route takes us along Bayshore to downtown,
along the Riverwalk, to the bridge to Harbour Island,
and back, about 4 miles, but you can go farther or
turn around sooner.
No rules Great food after, of course, at Goody Goody.

2nd Saturday: Upper Tampa Bay Trail (map) (asphalt with water kiosks & restrooms)

4th Saturday: Flatwoods Park (map) (asphalt-paved and off-road trails)
5th Saturday, when there is one: Wild card. Sometimes, no run. Check schedule below.
